China Launches Spy Satellites—Preparation for Apocalyptic First Strike?

While the powers that be want you to believe that all systems are go for a return to normalcy—including a new era of global peace and security, the world continues its downward spiral. The recent launch of spy satellites by China reveals the true picture—that we are on the verge of world conflict. Is Xi Jinping aggressively preparing for a first strike… one that will usher in an apocalyptic period of global conflict?

The American media is actively and intentionally ignoring and/or suppressing the rising geopolitical threats in Asia and the Middle East. However, if you tap into news feeds from overseas, a much clearer—and highly concerning—picture of what’s really going on becomes apparent.

In this article, we want to continue our ongoing analysis of China—an analysis that continues to set off alarm bells as we watch Beijing and the CCP continue to ratchet up their rhetoric and aggressive preparation for a significant military move… one that could suddenly ignite the next global conflict.

China Launches Another Trio of Yaogan Spy Satellites

China has quietly launched 3 new spy satellites into orbit from their Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center in northwest China (near the Gobi Desert).

This launch by the China National Space Administration (CNSA) represents a continuation of the rapid buildup of their spy satellite network. The launch was China’s fifth of 2021 and the CNSA is planning at least 40 launches this year.

This trio of CNSA spy satellites represented the fourth group of Yaogan 31-series satellites launched from a three-stage, liquid-fueled Long March-4C rocket.

Xinhua, a Chinese state media outlet, reported that these remote sensing satellites “will be used for electromagnetic environment surveys and other related technology tests.”

Outside of this limited press release, China has been relatively quiet about their intended purpose—though it is clearly military rather than commercial in nature (China uses the Yaogan name as a cover name for military satellites).

Experts note that these satellites include optical, radar, and signal intelligence (SIGINT) gathering instruments—noting that they believe this particular group was geared towards SIGINT reconnaissance, with the intention of locating and tracking vessels via detecting and triangulating radio transmissions (analogous to U.S. Department of Defense Naval Ocean Surveillance System (NOSS) satellite triplets).

Space.com notes that “the orbits of [these satellites] appear to match two previous launches of Yaogan-31 satellites on Jan. 29 and Feb. 24,” adding that It appears the intent was not to expand existing coverage but, rather, to decrease revisit times—limiting the gap in coverage when a particular region is visible underneath satellites in this given orbit.

Preparation for War: Deployment of Spy Satellites Reflects Broader Chinese Threat

Adm. John Aquilino, currently the commander of the U.S. Pacific Fleet, warned lawmakers Tuesday that the possibility of China invading Taiwan is a “critical concern” that could happen sooner than most people think—that he believes a Chinese military assault on Taiwan is on the horizon.

His comments came during his confirmation hearing before the Senate Armed Services Committee to become head of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command.

Aquilino added, “They view it as their number one priority. The rejuvenation of the Chinese Communist Party is at stake.”

His comments fall closely on the heels of an earlier statement to the Senate Armed Services Committee by Adm. Philip Davison, the current head of the U.S. Indo-Pacific Command. Davidson expressed his concern that that China would move quickly in “their ambitions to supplant the United States and our leadership role in the rules-based international order, which they’ve long said that they want to do that by 2050,” adding, “I’m worried about them moving that target closer.”

Furthermore, this risk has risen even further in the wake of the recent meeting between US and Chinese officials.

Chinese officials met with their American counterparts last week in Anchorage, Alaska, for two days, and, at the risk of grossly understating things, the contentious meeting did not go well at all.

In fact, one expert summed it up by asserting, “from the Chinese perspective, it was the first shot fired in a cold war.”

Adam Eliyahu Berkowitz aptly noted that, “in remarks that were supposed to last two minutes, Yang spoke for 16, criticizing the United States’ struggling democracy, poor treatment of minorities, and criticizing its foreign and trade policies.”

For those more familiar with the subtle nuances of Chinese diplomacy and history, what was far more concerning was follow-up statements made by Zhao Lijian of China’s foreign ministry, who told the Chinese press there was a “strong smell of gunpowder.”

Gordon G. Chang of the Gatestone Institute, an international policy council, aptly noted that “’Gunpowder’ is one of those words Beijing uses when it wants others to know war is on its mind,’ adding:

The term is, more worryingly, also especially emotion-packed, a word Chinese propagandists use when they want to rile mainland Chinese audiences by reminding them of foreign—British and white—exploitation of China in the Opium War period of the 19th century. China’s Communist Party, therefore, is now trying to whip up nationalist sentiment, rallying the Chinese people, perhaps readying them for war.”

Chang, an expert on matters relating to China, warned that Xi Jinping believes that now is the time for China to seize it’s heavenly mandate (see our article Prelude to War: Joint US-Japan Military Exercises & Harpoon Missiles) by expressing its dominance over what Jinping believes is a US in “terminal decline.”

He wrote that the new cold war “could turn hot at any moment,” adding:

In a landmark speech he gave at the end of last year, he stated the East is rising and the West is declining. Xi is serious. In January, he told his fast-expanding military it must be ready to fight ‘at any second.’ Militant states rarely prepare for conflict and then back down. For China’s Communist Party, there is a smell of gunpowder around the world, as Xi is triggering a clash of civilizations—and races.”

And then, shortly after these events, China stepped-up its aggressive incursions into Taiwan airspace even further.

In fact, on Friday, Taiwan reported the largest ever incursion by Chinese air force, when twenty Chinese military aircraft entered Taiwan’s air defense identification zone. We covered these ongoing incursions in our article China Prepping for Taiwan Invasion: Is War Imminent for United States?

Reuters notes that this provocative maneuver:

Marked the largest incursion to date by the Chinese air force since Taiwan’s defense ministry began disclosing almost daily Chinese military flights over the waters between the southern part of Taiwan and the Taiwan-controlled Pratas Islands in the South China Sea last year.”

Taiwan’s defense ministry stated that this grouping included four nuclear-capable Chinese H-6K bombers and ten J-16 fighter jets, among other aircraft.

And last but not least, the Chinese and Iranian foreign ministers met on Saturday to sign a 25-year cooperation agreement between the two allies, with China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi stating that “relations between the two countries have now reached the level of strategic partnership.”

This falls on the heels of Reuters reporting that Iran has “indirectly” moved record volumes of oil into China in recent months, marked as supplies from other countries, even as China customs data showed that no Iranian oil was imported in the first two months of this year.

And this new accord comes at a time when Tehran is hardening its stance towards the United States and the European signatories of the 2015 nuclear accord—the Iran nuclear deal that Beijing has pledged to safeguard for their new strategic partner… Iran.

Conclusion

Folks, when you put all this together with what is going on in North Korea (including the resumption of its nuclear missile tests), Russia (including its recent launches of new hypersonic nuclear missiles), the deepening alliance between China, Russia, Iran, Turkey, and now India (a.k.a. the CRITI alliance or axis of evil), and the increasing activity in Syria… it is blatantly obvious for all those with eyes to see that the world is on the precipice of the next world war.

It is imminent, and it is unavoidable—not because we say so, but because God’s Word says so.

The signs are quite literally everywhere. The sounds of the approaching hoofbeats of the four horsemen of the apocalypse can be heard like the thunder of an imminent supercell thunderstorm.

To learn more about the rising threat posed by China and CRITI alliance, check out our articles:

The nations comprising this expanding and strengthening evil alliance now view the West—and specifically the United States—as being in the weakest position in modern history. When you combine that with their now perceived lead in military, cyber, and space abilities, it has led to their recalculation of first mover advantages.

In essence, they are increasingly seeing this as the best opportunity they have ever had to make their move on the global stage—an advantage that will only decrease over time.

Thus, they are faced with a strike while the iron is hot scenario.

History has repeatedly manifested this reality—for example, the Nazi blitzkrieg and the Japanese strike on Pearl Harbor (both of which were cloaked behind the distraction of ongoing “diplomatic” talks).

Make no mistake. The world is on a collision course with the apocalypse—not the dawn of a glorious new age of world peace and security.

We are in the final momentsthis is how it ends.

If you haven’t already, we highly encourage you to read our articles The Ship IS Sinking… What Are YOU Going to Do as It Goes Under?, Are You Prepping to Survive or to Escape the Coming Fiery Furnace?, and We’re Never Going Back to Pre-Covid World—This Is How It Ends.

As watchmen and women on the wall, we’re sounding the alarm. Our intent is not to scare you but, rather, to simply help you connect what’s going on in our world today with the prophetic truth of Scripture—and the picture is quickly becoming as unambiguous as it gets!

Remember, for those of us who are believers in Christ, “God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).

The truth is that we are almost past the point of prepping. If you’re not prepared now, you have precious little time left to get it done before it will be too late!

However, to be as lovingly blunt as I can be, even more critical than being physically prepared, you need to be spiritually prepared—we are at the “get saved now” point friends!

There are several critical mega signs from Scripture that indicate we are not just in the last days… we are at the very end of those last days! To learn more, we highly encourage you to read our articles:

You need to be saved and sealed in preparation for our soon arriving day of redemption—the blessed hope that is the rapture (Titus 2:13). And I mean like yesterday!

You need to get on the plane (a.k.a. Titus213 Airline’s Flight #777) now… our Captain, Jesus Christ, has filed our heavenly flight plan, is firing up the engines, and will be initiating our takeoff roll shortly.

The jetway is about to be pulled back, and the cabin doors secured for departure… and you do not want to be one of the ones left behind!

Time is running out and the end is far closer than any of us could possibly imagine.

Today is your day of salvation—a salvation that comes but one way: by grace alone, through faith alone, in Christ alone!

Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also you received and in which you stand, by which also you are saved, if you hold fast that word which I preached to you—unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you first of all that which I also received: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He rose again the third day according to the Scriptures.” (1 Corinthians 15:1-4)

But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.” (Ephesians 2:4-9)
